Welcome to Noorani Travels. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including Umrah travel packages, visa assistance, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and related travel services.
By booking with Noorani Travels or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your Umrah package.
- Full payment must be completed before travel documents are issued.
- Prices are subject to change due to airline fare adjustments, currency fluctuations, or changes in government taxes and regulations.
- Payments must be made using approved payment methods listed on our website.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of your booking.
2. Travel Documents & Visa Responsibility
- Passengers are responsible for providing accurate passport and personal information.
- Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of travel.
- Noorani Travels assists with Umrah visa processing, but final approval is subject to the relevant authorities in Saudi Arabia.
- We are not responsible for visa rejections or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
3. Changes & Cancellations
By the Customer:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
- Some deposits may be non-refundable.
- Service charges and administrative fees may apply.
By Noorani Travels:
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including airline schedule changes, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund timelines depend on airline and hotel provider policies.
- Processing time may take 4–8 weeks depending on the service provider.
- Non-refundable tickets or promotional fares may not qualify for refunds.
- Visa fees and processing charges are generally non-refundable.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergencies
- Baggage loss
- Travel delays
Noorani Travels is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Noorani Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators.
We are not liable for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Hotel overbooking issues
- Loss, injury, or damage during travel
- Acts of government authorities
- Religious site access restrictions in Makkah or Madinah
Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Noorani Travels for services.
7. Force Majeure
Noorani Travels is not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Airline strikes
8. Pricing & Package Inclusions
- Package inclusions are clearly outlined at the time of booking.
- Any additional services not listed will be charged separately.
- Hotel star ratings are based on local standards in Saudi Arabia.
9. Conduct During Travel
Travelers must comply with:
- Laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia
- Airline rules and baggage policies
- Hotel policies
- Religious guidelines during Umrah
Failure to comply may result in denied services without refund.
10. Website Use
- All website content is the property of Noorani Travels.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
- We are not responsible for technical errors, website downtime, or third-party links.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable international travel regulations.
